Cornelius' 50th anniversary!

Cornelius Deutschland GmbH has been developing and producing cooling and dispensing systems at the highest level for 50 years. From Langenfeld the company tends to customers primarily from Germany, but also acts as a central location for continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

During this time Cornelius has established itself as the market leader of its industry with ever new and innovative cooling and dispensing solutions for beer, soft drinks and water.
This position was recently reinforced with the development of an environmentally friendly soda circuit cooler which saves more than 40% energy compared with conventional technologies. With this development we have reached a new dimension of not only energy savings but also saving natural resources. This achievement has been honoured with the "Dr-Georg-Triebe Innovation Award".

It all started with two employees in Düsseldorf as a subsidiary of the American "The Cornelius Company" back in 1961. Cornelius was producing cooling and dispensing systems in the USA. The systems were then shipped from the USA to Germany and distributed to other countries. How ever it became clear that the German beverage market and German regulations had different requirements for dispensing systems that could not be fulfilled by the American company. Therefore a production facility was developed in Germany. Over the years sales teams, field service and customer service were added. Moving into a larger place of business in Langenfeld was necessary. So, in addition to two production halls, Cornelius Germany now owns a warehouse which controls almost the entire movement of goods within Europe. With about 150 employees based in Langenfeld today, Cornelius is able to offer a service which is second to none.

Cornelius´ success is based on our customers therefore we want to take this opportunity to thank you for the years of loyalty and trust which you have given to us and ensure you we will continue to work responsibly and innovatively for your added value.
